The Price - For some reason Nike continue to charge extremely ridiculous high prices for a training shoe that doesn't last more than 10 months.

The nike air max 95 shoe features a full-length mid-sole made of a material called Cushlon, which is for impact absorption, according to Kicksrank.com.

I chose my high-impact running route to really test them. It's a 5.5-mile route that covers a variety of terrain: steep uphill and downhill, cement sidewalk, asphalt, uneven dirt trails and grass.

I like the air max 95 shoes because I'm able to run in these air max 95 shoes longer without having to worry about EVA foam breakdown, I'd spend the extra money for them.

It is extremely light and supportive. The air max 95 is also extremely stylish and has a great design.

I have just bought some of these trainers and my daughter love these type of trainers. We have bought these trianers 3 times before. I recommend these trainers for parents who are looking for strong, comfortable and stylish trainers go for Nike Air Max Trainers.

The ones with the soft mesh at the toes are more comfy and let your feet breathe, in comparison to the ones with the leather toes.
